The cost of legal services often is related to the time and expertise required to resolve the legal issue. Although hourly billing may be necessary for cases involving complex litigation, providing a Flat Fee option for relatively straightforward legal matters helps to eliminate the anxiety and uncertainty associated with legal billing. For this reason, we provide the following Flat Fee legal services:
- Texas Wills and Estate Plans
- Uncontested Will Probate
- Probate Avoidance Trusts
- Medical POAs and Living Wills
- Guardianship Proceedings
- Charitable Remainder Trusts
There is no hourly billing for the above Simple Flat Fee legal services. For more complex and contested matters that involve substantial court litigation, we also provide Advanced Flat Fee services that include an iniital flat fee as well as an additional hourly billing option for those matters that may require additional time to satisfactorily resolve.
