All Our Estate Planning Services are Still Operational.

Our estate planning services are still going strong during the Coronavirus National Emergency, including the drafting of Last Will and Testaments, Living Trusts, Medical-Financial Power of Attorney documents, and Healthcare Directives (Living Wills). The entire drafting process is completed online and over the telephone. There is no charge for estate planning phone consultations with our attorney. After the drafts are completed, the documents are uploaded to your secure online client portal account for your review and approval. After you review and approve the drafts, the documents are ready to sign. Please note that the scheduling of signing appointments remain subject to the Office of Court Administration Travel Authorization: OCA Travel Authorization.


How Do I Request a Secure Client Portal Account?

You may request access to the secure client portal by either sending an email or calling us during our regular office hours (Monday-Frioday, 8am to 6pm). After your initial free phone consulation with our attorney is completed, we then will create a online acccount for you.


How Do I Login to my Secure Client Portal Account?

Accessing your secure client portal account is easy. You may either use the link to the secure client portal on our website by visting the Client Login page. You may also access your client account directly by visting the MyCase Account Login page.


Are You Accepting New Probate and Guardianship Cases?

Yes, we are accepting new probate and guardianship cases. Although Texas Courts were closed for much of 2020 for non-essential matters pursuant to the Twelfth Emergency Order Regarding the COVID-19 State of Disaster issued April 27, 2020, Texas Courts now have mostly returned to normal operations; however, many courts still are conducting hearings for uncontested matters via ZOOM videoconferencing as per the Fifty-First Emergency Order Regarding the COVID-19 State of Disaster issued by the Supreme Court of Texas on May 25, 2022.
